Dear Electrolux

Dear Electrolux,
While I’d like for this post/letter to be professional, I’m going to go ahead and admit that I’m writing it to tell you that I am interested in being your ho. Your ho, you say? Yes, your ho. Your Internet Ho.
You see, you won me over with your fancy commercials with the beautiful Kelly Ripa. It didn’t help that you have a stove that can boil water in 90 seconds. 90 SECONDS. That is just one minute and a half!
I am amazed.
Also, your virtual laundry room is so beautiful. I wonder if anyone actually has a laundry room that is so organized and pretty. Who cares? It is still awesome.
You see, the thing is: not only are your appliances beautiful, but your washer can do one load in 18 minutes. 18 MINUTES! SERIOUSLY? I can’t even gather the dirty laundry in my house in 18 minutes. So you can see why I am blown away by their beauty and capabilities. They add to my unnatural urge to be your ho.
Behold the beauty:
Can you blame me?
If my washer and dryer laid eyes on this washer and dryer, I think they would dive into the depths of depression. Your appliances are like the super models of appliances.
And your kitchen appliances. WOW to your kitchen appliances. The only way your range could be more appealing is if it came with someone to cook for me. Does it? Can it come with someone to cook for me? Please? NO? okay, well, I’ll still be your ho.
Behold the beauty, again:
And so Electrolux, while I am no Kelly Ripa, I am more than willing to be your ho or your pimp. You just let me know. You’ve got the goods. Your things are just so beautiful, and unfortunately, I have a sick and unnatural need for them.
The problem is that like a nerdy boy, you continue to ignore my ho-natured advances toward you. I’ve made many on twitter. I am all up in your business, Electrolux. All up in your business.
Love Always,
Amanda
PS. I’m peaking through your bedroom window tonight. Did I mention that I will be your ho? No, I didn’t? Well, I will. I’ll be your Ho, Electrolux.

First off, the laundry room and appliances are in my favorite color, ever. So I am happy to know I am not crazy for wanting a teal room with teal appliances. Derek thinks it’s insane, I think it’s completely necessary.
And if I had the electrolux appliances, I would dance around the house doing my chores just as Ripa does.

Damn girl, you’re busy these days! It’s more places I have to make time to visit.
As for Electoluxe.. I have Tivo & have never seen a commercial for them. I bet hubby’s pretty happy about it, too. I’d love me some matching appliances, though.

Can we start a harem? Or maybe, since I already have front loaders, I could take the stove and you could have the washer and dryer? Either way I’m happy to share.

I think I just creamed my pants. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE appliances, and these Electrolux ones really make me swoony. I keep telling my husband that my old ancient 1970’s stove has got to go! He won’t let me get rid of it til it dies! PLEASE PRAY FOR IT TO DIE!!! I want that washer and dryer set….I wonder if it comes in hot pink? LOL…

That was funny!
Yeah, appliances, great stuff, when they work.
I don’t want to do without them although I keep hearing how green it is to dry your clothes outside. Uh huh. I want all the leaf dust in my sheets that I just washed to get the dirt out.
Anyway, maybe I need to sell myself to pay for a new dishwasher that doesn’t leak (or at least the repairs).
And my shredder just committed harry-carey.

I LOVE the teal W. and D. set. And I probably would have convinced my husband to buy it had we not just bought a new set over a year ago, which is before those commercials. Damn you Kelly. You were late!

P.S. You are a very effective ho
