Male Methodology:Life in Popcorns… and a Contest

My husband is a stickler as far as always applying his awkward methodology to daily tasks goes. If he has a particular way in which he thinks something should be done, he applies it: do or die.
(Okay, maybe not do or die, that was a little too dramatic, but you get the point.)
For example, when cooking anything in the microwave instead of entering the time for which he actually wants something to cook, he hits the popcorn option. The popcorn option on our microwave takes 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
If I place something in there and ask him how long it should take to cook, his response is something along the lines of “TWO POPCORNS!! COOK IT FOR TWO POPCORNS”.
Yes people, my life is measured in Popcorns (2 minutes 10 seconds). At least ten popcorns ago, I was making dinner, and five popcorns ago, I began writing this entry.
