We have them all over our little redneck town and they drive me insane. The saddest part? Some of the rubber ball owners are women and yes, it is their trucks. When I began noticing those stupid balls, I was disgusted (and we both know I'm no prude). I already assume that these guys with the very large trucks are trying to compensate for something lacking in the genitalia department, but now they've gone and confirmed it. Every time I see a truck with them, I say to my husband, "I wonder where that professor is going." Because we all know truck balls advertise that the person driving is of superior intellect. I was so excited yesterday when the husband forwarded that news story about them possibly being banned in Virginia.
