Scrolling Saturday & PhotoHunter

Melissa and Coleen had this genius idea for a new Saturday meme where you post an older post from your archives. I think this is a pretty snazzy had idea since when I first started I had very few readers and most of you probably missed some posts. So here is one of my favorites:
MANGE-MAN:
When Adam and I first met, he really wasn’t all that hairy of a guy. He was hairy in a minimalistic sort of way. The hair existed, but it wasn’t out of control…yet. However, it’s been almost five years now and the hair growth has snowballed out of control. Not that I mind, I love him..hairy or not.
However, I sometimes like to involve myself in trickery of sorts. When he is sleeping, I will randomly shave a couple of spots bald so that he looks like he has the mange. haha. It’s all in good fun. The best part of this is that I will then act totally surprised about the missing hair spots later, and be all like, “WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU HAVE RANDOM BALD SPOTS ON YOUR CHEST??? DO YOU HAVE THE MANGE??? CAN PEOPLE GET IT?? WHAT’S GOING ON???”
Of course, he just stares at me blankly a look that says, “Seriously?? You really thought I would wake up and think I had mange?”
Yeah…he doesn’t think it is near as funny as I do. But that’s okay, I’m still doing it. And still laughing. This is a prime example of how hyped up I can become even when I know I am the only person laughing at my actions. It’s out of control really…
PS. I tried to google some sort of picture to serve as an example of my treacherous acts involving un razoir. However, googling “hairy man with bald spots” didn’t really produce anything I would show to the masses (the one or two of you that read).

You’re hilarious. And you do things I would probably do too…like shave random parts of our hubbys for no damn good reason.
Ever tried the giving a mani & pedi while he’s relaxed in slumber? And used the nice “clear’ polish that usually isn’t noticed immediately….what? Just asking

hilarious! my husband is now sprouting old man hair from his ears…i’m having serious issues with that!!! also, the eyebrow hair…what is up with men and long eyebrow hair?! thank god for small hair trimmers!

In junior school we use to spray ourselves with ever lasting mange spray, imaginary stuff mind you.
Until we were old enough to realise that meant we would have mange forever. Anti-Mange just didnt sound as good

Great idea. Love it. I’m going to copy cat you too and post an old blog, because I think my peeps are missing some good stuff, being new and all. I’m glad you crack yourself up, being that I do myself as well.

OMG! That is too much. I have to say I have never heard of such a thing outside of a sister terrorizing her brother. I bet you guys have a lot of fun.
