So, does anyone else have beef with excessive use of counters on myspace? I sure do. Generally, the counter-owners have more than one and they all denote random things. Example:
502 days since Fred and I met
501 days since Fred asked me to marry him
10,986 days until Mine and Fred’s Wedding day
67,234 days until I go to the Moon with Fred.
3 days since my boyfriend Fred last pooped.
Seriously. It’s different when it’s one small counter. But it’s almost as if these people can’t remember anything for themselves. Having five counters that encompass your whole relationship with *insert random name* is just excessive. One was cute. Two of them was tolerable. 3+ is just insane.
